I spent the last few decades devoting myself to meditation, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and other internal martial arts. All those techniques have a similar goal: reaching holistic health (mental, physical, and energetic) through inner stillness.

I teach a synthesis of what I’ve understood over the years throughout my spiritual search: through Buddhism, Taoism, Advaita Vedanta, Kashmir Shaivism, and Bon Shamanism. I am now a Muslim convert and what I teach is Muslim-friendly. Because although I learned within the context of these religious traditions, my teaching approach isn’t religious and therefore open to all, including Muslims.

Together, let’s cultivate stillness. Let’s tend to the garden of our hearts, discovering the beauty of stillness that longs to bloom within us.
